Union Mills is a well established milling
company in the northern part of Syria. Located in the world
renowned city of Aleppo, Union Mills owns and operates three
milling facilities; two wheat and corn milling facilities
with a total production capacity of 500mt per day and a feed
mill with a production capacity of 300mt per day.
Food production technology and modern milling
methods are combined with traditional
service to provide our customers with a quality
oriented product. Also, HACCP food safety management methods
are incorporated into our management program to ensure all our
product meet quality and hygiene requirements.
Only the best local wheat varieties are used
to produce a wide range of bakers and specialty flours.The
world famous Syrian Durum is also used to produce semolina
and Durum flour, which are both utilized in the production
of pasta. At Union Mills, we also custom mill products to
meet the specific needs of our customers.
Our corn flour and corn grist are produced
using only the best corn varieties imported from the US and
Eastern Europe. Our feed products include a range of compound
animal feeds formulated to suit several types of livestock
at different stages of development. We are also capable of
producing specialty feeds to meet individual requirements
of our customers.
